By accessing, downloading, building, flashing, or using any schematics, firmware, 3D models, code, or documentation associated with Click, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Open Source & Non-Commercial Use Policy
Click is proud to be an open-source project built by a maker, for makers.
- Personal & Community Freedom: You are fully encouraged to inspect, modify, fork, flash, 3D-print, and build Click for your own personal use, learning, hacking, and non-commercial community sharing.
- Strict Non-Commercial Restriction: You may not sell, package, relicense, or commercially distribute the physical Click device, custom enclosure designs, micro-applets, PCB schematics, or firmware binaries for financial gain without explicit written permission from Product 71.
- Derivative Works: Any open-source modifications, forks, or custom applets you create must remain non-commercial and credit the original project repository (
https://github.com/prajjwalprajjwal/Click).
(Note: Hardware design files and code are provided under matching non-commercial open-source licenses, such as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 for hardware design and GNU GPLv3 / Custom Non-Commercial clauses for software).
2. Health, Wellness, and Anti-Anxiety Disclaimer
Click micro-applets (such as the Just Ten breathing exercise, tactile counters, and grounding applets) are designed solely as simple, physical, and sensory engagement tools to aid with everyday focus, fidgeting, and relaxation.
- Not Medical Advice: Click is not a medical device, therapeutic diagnostic tool, or licensed treatment for clinical anxiety, ADHD, or any medical condition.
- Personal Responsibility: Use of the device and its applets is entirely at your own discretion. If you suffer from medical conditions or sensory distress, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Hardware, DIY, and Flashing Disclaimers
Because Click involves custom electronics, DIY assembly, lithium-ion battery management, and Web Serial firmware flashing:
- As-Is Warranty: All firmware binaries, schematics, PCB layout files, and web utilities (including
https://flashclick.uprajjwal.com.np) are provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. - DIY Risk & Assembly: You assume full responsibility for soldering, handling components, charging lithium batteries safely, and assembling physical hardware. Product 71 is not liable for damaged hardware, short circuits, battery failure, component burnout, or data loss resulting from flashing or modifying the device.
- Browser Flashing: Web Serial flashing utilities rely on browser implementation standards. Ensure you use official, tested release binaries to avoid bricking your micro-controller.
4. Intellectual Property & Attribution
- Branding: The name Click, the
Product 71mark, logos, and associated media assets remain the intellectual property of Product 71. - Attribution: Any redistribution of modified files, open-source PCB spins, or public micro-applets must retain original copyright notices and link back to the primary project repository:

5. Modifications to Terms
